Case Study: How David Green Lost 75 Pounds Using FitDay

The Problem: David is 80lbs overweight and his GP has recently told him that he needs to exercise in order to improve his overall health.

He has a family history of cardiovascular disease and diabetes – his mother is obese and has type 2 diabetes and his father dies of a heart attack.
