Ask.com Marketing through a Racecar Shaped USB Flash Drive

Trontin and I had quite a spectacular time in Daytona Beach on Saturday where we enjoyed the thrilling Nascar Nationwide Drive4COPD 300. A freezing cold morning gave way to a pleasant sunny afternoon during which Stephan and I watched Danica Patrick’s Nationwide series unfortunate debut topped with a roof ride by Dale Earnhardt Jr. down the back stretch.

Ask.com USB DriveOne of the things I enjoy most when going to Daytona International Speedway is the Midway, or Fan Zone where a large number of exhibits and booths feature free games, photo opps and product marketing.

Throughout the Midway we found free Coke, chewing tobacco, Hamburger Helper, t-shirts, Lego cars, Daytona 500 cologne and one of the neatest marketing pieces I ever seen, this Ask.com portable USB drive.

Of course I already have portable USB drives but this one clearly stands out in its cuteness and the way the Nascar replica stock car’s tail lights shine bright when it’s plugged-in. I thought I’d share this with you and throw a giant bucket of “way to go” to the people at Ask.com for a brilliant marketing piece I’m certain to use for years to come!
