Rainy Day @ Disney

We just got back from a fun filled day at the Magic Kingdom where Gracie got to drive the Jungle Cruise boat! She was so stoked when the skipper asked her to take the wheel… And since there was no one else on board, a first in over 20 years, I took over the microphone and told many of the silly jokes along the man made Nile and Amazon rivers. What a thrill!

We got rained on but stayed dry using a makeshift shelter on wheels. I used a small bungee cord to fasten a beach umbrella to one stroller keeping Grace, Faith and Elizabeth dry, and a clip on umbrella nicely covered Trinity in her stroller while I wore a cheesy yellow Disney poncho.

Short lines, cooler weather than usual and delicious New England clam chowder made for yet another spectacular day at Disney, praise God!!!
