Thank God it’s Monday! Today is Canada Day in my home country. Unlike the Fourth of July, which is a nationwide food, drink & fireworks extravaganza enjoyed by millions of Americans, Canada Day is not as spectacular since most Canadians are not nearly as patriotic. So today, I’ll celebrate with maple syrup… ;)
