MegaUpload Owners Arrested – MegaUpload Sites Shut Down
Earlier today, the US government shut down MegaUpload.com, a world leader in file-sharing websites, for allegedly violating international and federal laws, including but not limited to piracy and intellectual property theft.
I Praise God for this arrest, and site shut down.
A short while ago, New Zealand police arrested MegaUpload.com’s co-founders, as well as another staff member.
Several sister sites were also shut down, including one dedicated to sharing pornography files.
Working in collaboration with US federal authorities, police in the New Zealand’s city of Auckland arrested and are detaining co-founders Kim Dotcom, known also as Kim Shmitz, and Mathias Ortmann, co-founder of MegaUpload, and the website’s chief marketing officer, Finn Batato.
What does this mean for the rest of the world wide web?
My advice to you is biblical… “If you know right from wrong, and do not do it, to you, this is a sin.” Don’t do the crime unless you’re willing to do the time. What Shmitz was doing was wrong, he and his legal team knew it, and now Mr. Dotcom has an opportunity to put all those Internet dollars to use defending his business, and himself in warranty.
IMO, forget the US authorities, or New Zealand police, it’s GOD’s WRATH we should be worried about, not man’s!
I, for one, am glad MegaUpload will finally be forced to comply with the laws of the land like the rest of us.

What a fool the writer of this article is. Megaupload worked with the best lawyers to ensure that everything was just within the realms of what is acceptable behaviour. Many companies also stored vast amount of data on there and individuals a lot of also, VERY legal files and documents that they probably will never see. The US government is and always will be the most corrupt ‘organisation’ within this god awful planet.
The reason why sites like this probably get targeted is because talentless scum like Rhianna, Lil Wayne etc and unworthy profiters of corporate programming in reality shows and awful programmes, which already unfairly rake in more money than their talentless selves deserve feel like they need more and more as they are just as money hungry as they are fame hungry.
Also, everyone should be worried about Gods wrath?. What can God do…..nothing. He literally doesn’t exist. Evolution is how we are here, not by some creationists blinkered, childish portrayal of how we came to be here.

You raise points of which you are uncertain of in the article. God did not arrest Kim, the United States government did. You see, the difference is that we can confirm and there is significant evidence and even confirmation from the government themselves that they arrested him. A question to you is that, why would God not interfere when the Jewish population was almost completely destroyed, and interfere over helping large corporation take down a site?
It’s you who does not understand the situation, pretending to be a voice of god? Would you be sinning for falsely voicing gods opinions? I am almost certain you have used file sharing, maybe not Megaupload, but Rapidshare, Fileserve, Filefront. By shutting down one, thousands of file sharing sites are launched.
Your just a corporate pawn in a game where America is lead by Corporatism. Don’t ever express your opinions of such a sensitive matter and put god in your words.

Pete, it’s called transparency. I have very little to hide and could not care less what the world thinks of me. What matters to me is God’s approval, not men’s. I am blessed to have VAs that filter through comments so I’m not exposed to vile or profane rants. Profane comments are trashed automatically, while rants I deal with then use critique to build my temple and legacy, for His glory!

US law made them ARREST non US citizens, OUTSIDE US,
and company is situated OUTSIDE US!
How the hell US laws apply here?
Its like US make law that i cant drive my car until i am 30 and go around the world arresting people for breaking that law….
And i wont even start the point about god, his place is not amongst politics..
These people are getting what they deserve, the fruit of their labor.
