Tampa Business Owners are in Denial

Just wrapped-up a 90 minute Networking call with a local business coach whose “business” seems to be in tune with the economy. What puzzles me is the fact Tom is a business coach with a dated, weak web presence. It’s no wonder he’s scrambling for more clients. Looking at his 1 page all text website I’m surprised he has any clients at all!!

I’m having serious issues dealing with Tampa business owners who are satisfied soaking in internet mediocrity. What’s even worse is they are in complete denial.

I am glad my current entourage is mostly faith driven and also web savvy, or at least, well aware they have much to learn about the internet and more importantly, web marketing strategies.
