Meet Valerie, Our Holstein Milker Cow

Above is a quick video introduction of our beloved Holstein cow named Valerie whom we milk in the morning and evening.

She’s been giving us delicious milk every day since her calf, Lazarus was sold off to a local farmer on Sunday.

We give praise to God for the abundance of fresh, raw milk we should be getting from her for weeks or months to come.
