Audi vs BMW, Good versus Evil?

Earlier this week I found myself thrilled to recognize a new BMW ad on TV. As if I had not already been exposed to enough garbage for one lifetime, now BMW, the makers of my dream car, our BMW 540i have ventured out on a mission to rid their clientele repertoire of Christians…

Argued as a clever or rude use of text to speech, the new BMW M3 television commercial spot is simply offensive, and a slap in the face for BMW owners on a mission from God, not at all Satan, or even vampires!

BMW’s choice to promote their luxury line of cars via profanity has already had negative impact on sales, leasing and even endorsements by faith driven star athletes.

I was inspired to look at Audi to replace our beloved M540i, then saw their ad for the new R8… Sure the Audi R8 “pure daylight” headlights are bright enough to kill vampires, but if vampires are driving them… maybe I should start looking for another minivan instead of a sports sedan, ya think? IMO they’re both evil; I’m sure going to miss my bimmer…
